We use an app/software called Time to Pet, where you can pay, schedule, see reports and communicate with us. Payments are due two days before the start of service.

We’ll always do our best to arrive close to your requested time but cannot guarantee a specific time! Since we’re caring for lots of pets each day, our exact timing can vary a bit. If your pet needs medication at a set time, we’ll make sure that visit takes top priority.

Yes, if we have availability! There is a 100% surcharge for any requests made after 5 p.m. the day before a service is required.

Our founder, Nikki, is fear-free certified and Pet First Aid and CPR trained.
